Mathura :-  Sanskriti University organized a webinar on “Present and Future Trends in IOT. Internet of Things has become a buzzword in the field of business and information technology and hence this was chosen to be the theme of the webinar. The key speaker of the webinar was Prof. Dr. Vrince Vimal who is currently serving as Professor and Dean of Research of Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dr. Vimal has been an exceptional faculty member. and focused researcher with multiple research publications to his credit. He has published a series of articles in various leading national and international journals.

Prof. Vimal gave an exceptional description about the current and future usage of IOT in our personal and professional lives. He also explained about  various opportunities which have arisen after the emergence of IOT and allied technologies in personal and professional lives. He shared  various research findings of his multiple research projects in the area of IOT with an intent to explain to the students and faculty members about  various emerging opportunities. He inspired the students to leverage the exponentially growing job opportunities in the domain of IOT and allied areas. Prof. Vimal shared his knowledge, skills and competencies of IOT to make the students aware about  various aspects and dimensions of IOT. He vividly explained about How IOT is going to transform the world of business and technology.

The curious students posed multiple questions which were answered meticulously by him at the end of the session with real life examples. His session was very informative and appealing to the students. The webinar was coordinated by Dean-SOET Dr. Suresh Kaswan.
