UP government should come immediately to control crime! Mayawati

BSP supremo Mayawati termed the murder of lab technician Sanjit Yadav in Kanpur as condemnable and said that the Uttar Pradesh government should act immediately to control crime.

Mayawati tweeted on Friday, "In another incident during the jungle raj in UP, the kidnappers in Kanpur killed Sanjit Yadav and threw the dead body into the river which is very sad and condemnable."

She said, "The state government immediately came into action, especially in the matter of crime control and law and order." It is noteworthy that the police investigation has revealed that the kidnapped lab technician was allegedly killed for ransom a month ago.
