Mumbai: Among the key bulk deals on Friday, Goldman Sachs cut its stake in Parag Milk Foods, while promoter Agnus Holdings upped its stake in Sequent Scientific.
Of the frontline indices, Sensex dropped 0.03 per cent or 11.57 points to close at 38,128.90 points, while peer Nifty shed 0.19 per cent or 21.30 points to close at 11,194.15 points.

>> Pronomz Ventures and JSM Ramaprasad JSM Ramaprasad sold 26,00,000 shares and 18,25,000 shares respectively of Sequent Scientific to Agnus Holdings at Rs 110.50 per share. At the end of June quarter, Pronomz Ventures and Agnus Holdings held 1.80 per cent and 19.78 per cent stake in the company
>> Onkar Singh bought 87,200 shares of Beta Drugs at Rs 96.03 per share, while Adesh Ventures sold 1,08,000 shares of the company at Rs 95.52 per share.
>> Theano sold 12,07,441 shares of Security and Intelligence Services at Rs 346.10 per share.
>> Companies such as RBL Bank, Rossari Biotech, National Fertilizers and Indiabulls Housing Finance also witnessed bulk deals during the day.
