The political arrogance in Rajasthan is not taking the name of pause. In the case of rebel MLAs of Congress, now Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi has decided to challenge the High Court order in the Supreme Court.

In this regard, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi said that I have asked my lawyer to file a permission petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court. During this, he said that Sachin Pilot and other 18 Congress MLAs have full right to send a show-cause notice to the Speaker. He said that after the notice was issued, legal interference in it was not right.

Assembly Speaker CP Joshi has objected to the use of the word instruction in the order by the High Court. The bench of Chief Justice Inderjit Mahanti and Justice Prakash Gupta of Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday completed the hearing on the joint petition of 19 Congress MLAs against the defection notice sent by the Speaker.

In the meantime, the Court had reserved the decision till July 24, requesting the Speaker to postpone the proposed action on the notices until the court order came.
