NSE-BSE bulk deals: Accion Frontier further offloads IndiaMART\, SocGen buys Shriram Transport RE
Mumbai: Among the key bulk deals on Wednesday, Accion Frontier Inclusion Mauritius further offloaded shares of IndiaMART InterMESH, while Societe General bought 407 Shriram Transport Rights Entitlements (RE)
Of the frontline indices, Sensex dropped 0.16 per cent or 58.81 points to close at 37,871.52 points, while peer Nifty shed 0.27 per cent or 29.65 points to close at 11,132.60 points.
Here’s who bought and sold what in some of the key bulk and block deals of the day:
>> Accion Frontier Inclusion Mauritius sold another 1,75,000 shares of IndiaMART InterMesh at Rs 2,251.41 per share. Last week, it had sold 3,70,000 shares in the company. At the end of June quarter, it held 2.29 per cent stake in the company.
>>Societe Generale bought 1,47,407 Shriram Transport RE at Rs 102.04 each.
>> Asian Trading Corporation and promoter Madhuraj Foundation sold 240,00,000 shares each in Trident to another promoter Trident Group at Rs 6.25 per share. As at June 30, Asian Trading Corp held 2.43 per cent stake in the company, while Madhuraj Foundation and Trident Group held 27.37 per cent and 32.76 per cent respectively.
