The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has launched special staycation promotions for Ascott Orchard Singapore, Ascott Raffles Place Singapore and lyf Funan Singapore. The three properties are among the first few lodging properties in Singapore to receive approval from the Singapore Tourism Board to accept staycation bookings.

Stay with a peace of mind – Delivering stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards with ‘Ascott Cares’
Guests can have a peace of mind when staying with Ascott. Since January 2020, Ascott has adapted its operations and stepped up its precautionary measures at its properties globally in line with the local authorities’ guidelines. Ascott Orchard Singapore, Ascott Raffles Place Singapore and lyf Funan Singapore are among Ascott’s properties in Singapore that have achieved the National Environment Agency’s SG Clean certification.
Precautionary measures at Ascott’s properties include intensified cleaning and disinfecting of the properties; having housekeeping attendants wear masks and gloves when cleaning the apartments; conducting daily temperature screening for all its staff, guests and visitors to the properties; having them complete health and travel declaration forms; as well as having signages and markings to remind guests and staff to keep a safe distance from each other.
lyf Funan Singapore has in place safe distancing markers to limit the number of people gathering in its social zones such as ‘Connect’ and the coworking spaces, ‘Wash & Hang’, its self-serve laundromat and ‘Bond’, its social kitchen. At ‘Bond’, UV sterilisers are also provided to disinfect cutlery and plateware. Hand sanitisers using touch-free dispensers and anti-bacterial wipes are readily available to guests as well. Furthermore, guests can use the ‘lyf by Ascott’ mobile app to open doors, check-in and make contactless payment without physical contact. Ascott Orchard Singapore sports a self check-in kiosk with facial recognition to minimise physical contact as well.
