'The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, the pulled pork was perfect, the bark on the beef shorty was spot on and the crunch of the chicken wings was as impressive as their flavour,' one diner said.

'As a backyard low 'n' slower, it's awesome to have somewhere local to get your fix when you don't have time to do 10 hours over a pit. Great stuff, guys.'

Another happy customer said: 'BBQ Done Right! I've been searching for top-notch BBQ since we moved to the area and Fire and Brimstone Barbeque have definitely set the standard high.

'We ordered the brisket and pulled pork box, along with pickles and mac 'n' cheese on the side. The pickles were something special... the meat however was divine.

'Brisket often isn't served right or warmed right, but upon arrival to our table it was tender and tasty. I will be returning again (and again).'
