Suicide bid: Woman blames BJP leader, two accountants

NOIDA: Three days after a 26-year-old lawyer attempted suicide in the premises of the commissionerate office in Sector 108, a half-page suicide note apparently written by the lawyer has gone viral in which the woman has blamed at least two accountants from Dadri tehsil and a BJP leader for collusion with their rivals who accused them of shooting at a property dealer on March 4.
In the note, which the complainant says she herself had written and tried to hand over to the commissioner of police, the woman has written that she and her family was being harassed for nine years and they had been jailed in a false case previously too.
“We settled ourselves after that somehow but have given up patience now but I am requesting one last time that my brothers be brought out after proceedings under IPC section 179, I will think that justice still exists. I am not dying in fear but I am dying so that you may all wake up. I have been forced to die by Sanjay Mittal, Satish Mittal and Vinay Gupta and take strict action against those who have acted after taking bribes from them- accountants Pooran Chand, Amit and BJP leader Sanjay Bali. Sanjay Bali got the fake medical issued to Sanjay Mittal at the Kailash hospital. The investigating officer of our case Shivraj Singh has not acted in a fair manner and earlier sub inspector Ramphal also framed me in a fake case in collusion with Sanjay Mittal,” reads the note in possession with TOI.
