OU to hold Diploma/MPhil Psychology exams from July 27
As per the notification, the examination for the two courses will be held on July 27, 29 and 31 from 10 am to 1 pm.

HYDERABAD: Osmania University has issued notification for professional diploma in clinical psychology exam and MPhil in rehabilitation psychology first year exam.
As per the notification, the examination for the two courses will be held on July 27, 29 and 31 from 10 am to 1 pm. The notification comes as a surprise as the High Court had asked the state government to file a detailed counter affidavit by June 30 on conduct of university exams in the state.
“The examination centres should give highest priority to the health and safety of all concerned by following the protocols for preventing Covid-19 pandemic,” reads the notification.
Irked by this move, the National Students Union of India (Telangana unit), that is fighting the case in the HC, has decided to take up the matter with the National Human Rights Commission.
“The two major concerns that the students have expressed are primarily about the examinations that are going to be conducted by the government in this coronavirus scenario and how this could hamper student safety. The other issue is about the online classes that are violating the students’ rights,” reads a press note issued by NSUI on Tuesday.
