India has recorded up to 11,55,191 Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, just a day since after it crossed the 11-lakh. While 72,4578 persons have got cured of , 28,084 persons have died.

Up to 37,148 new cases were detected in the past 24 hours. Currently, there are up to 4,30,613 active infections, up from the previous day’s 4,17,956 active infections in the country. While recovery rate has stagnated to 63 per cent since a week, new cases every day are on the rise.

The number of tests conducted on July 20 was over 3.33 lakh. Cumulative tests have crossed 1.43 crore.
