JobKeeper and JobSeeker to be extended beyond September at lower rate with stricter eligibility

The JobKeeper and JobSeeker programs will be extended beyond September, after which they will be paid at a reduced rate with eligibility criteria amended to ensure support only goes to those the government considers really need help.
