Chandigarh man out on bail booked for stalking

CHANDIGARH: A man out on bail in a sexual harassment case has been booked again for stalking the same woman.
The accused is on the run.
The 30-year-old woman alleged that Raj Kumar of Dadumajra colony had been following her for the past several days. She said she initally ignored him and requested him not to follow her. However, he did not stop and kept following her, whenever she used to go out of her house. The woman had earlier complained against the accused for sexually harassing her, following which he was arrested. He was out on bail and again started harassing her.
When he did not stop following her, she again lodged a a written complaint with the police and the Maloya cops registered a case under Section 354 D (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
