Racing NSW stewards found Hyeronimus and his cousin Blake Paine guilty on all bar one of the charges levelled at them.
Stewards accused licensee Paine of facilitating bets for Hyeronimus over a four-year period, including on two horses he rode in races.
Hyeronimus has been in career-best form this year and notched his maiden group 1 in the Vinery Stud Stakes aboard Shout The Bar. The jockey has the right to appeal the findings.
