It takes guts for a man to wear pink, thanks to the regressive stereotype that states pink is for girls and blue is for boys. But then, there are some men who love fluidic fashion and can flaunt pink even better than ladies. We came across one such gentleman, who chose the most unusual sherwani for his wedding day.
Real groom Avi Juneja opted for a fucshia pink sherwani for his big day and stunned everybody. Well, it's such a bold colour to carry but Avi carried it in style. Avi's pink sherwani by ace wedding couturier, Sabyasachi Mukherjee followed the classic sherwani cuts by Sabya. The handsome groom also featured on the 'Grooms of Sabyasachi' Instagram account
The vibrant sherwani came with silver buttons and he styled it with a beige saafa (headgear), kalgi, off white churidar, stole, green groom's necklace, brown mojaris and a classic black watch.
His bride, Nikhar Jham wore Sabya's famous Dil Guldasta lehenga, which features fine embroidery on Bordeaux silk along with hand-dyed velvet applique, silk-floss and beaten silver. The pink and red lehenga was first worn by Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone at her wedding reception.
