Rajnath Singh, who arrived in Leh by special plane from Delhi on Friday morning, first reached a base of Stakna. During this time several senior officers of the Northern Command of the Army, CDS General Bipin Rawat and Chief of Army Staff Manoj Mukund Narwane were also with him.
