Bahujan Samaj Party president Mayawati, expressing concern over the plight of workers returning from other states in Uttar Pradesh, said on Friday that the state government should provide livelihood opportunities for these people.


Ms. Mayawati said in a twitter series that the government should take proper care of cleanliness in the centers set up to treat Kovid-19. He warned that due to negligence, the epidemic may take a macabre form. He said, due to the economic condition of millions of migrant labor families who returned to their homes in Uttar Pradesh in a very bad condition due to the corona epidemic and due to lockdown, they are now forced to wander around again for livelihood. It is a matter of extreme concern and concern.

Demanding to raise basic facilities at Kovid-19 treatment centers, the BSP leader said, "Most of the government Kovid centers set up in Uttar Pradesh for the prevention of corona disease, due to lack of proper sanitation and maintenance etc. They should not become new centers of disease, it will be better if the government takes serious note of this.
