In case you're confused, it's only natural that you have no definite answers to these questions—our needs differ according to our moods. While a few days are meant to cosy up and indulge in a romance drama with the partner, others call for a mysterious tale that you sit and enjoy all by yourself. With 17 new Indian originals—across genres—being dropped by Netflix in the upcoming months, you wouldn't be short of choices.
The stories will range from a romantic series adapted from a YA novel, a show on designer Masaba Gupta's life, to a multi-starrer comedy film featuring a few of Bollywood's most renowned performers—and much more.

Directed by Anurag Basu, the anthology comedy-drama revolves around the life of four people who finally cross each other's path at some point. While the trailer and release date of the film are not out yet, we know that it features an ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Aditya Roy Kapur, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Pankaj Tripathi and Pearle Maaney.

The poignant tale, starring Sanjay Dutt, is about a man who has risen above his personal tragedy, and is now working to change the lives of refugee kids on the path to destruction. The story of transformation also comes with the sport of cricket playing a pivotal role.

The real-life story of the first Indian female Air Force officer to fly in a combat zone during the 1999 Kargil War, Gujan Saxena: The Kargil Girl stars Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role. The tale takes us through Saxena's journey and her intrepid feats.

Featuring Kajol, Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar as the protagonists, Tribhanga - Tedhi Medhi Crazy presents a peek inside the issues of a dysfunctional family. The term ‘tribhanga’ is an asymmetrical, yet mesmerising Odissi dance pose—and the creators found a similarity between this and the lives of the three women.

Kaali Khuhi is a horror drama set in a village of Punjab, which a 10-year-old girl has to save from the spirits of the past. The film features Shabana Azmi, Satyadeep Mishra, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Riva Arora.
