SN Tilhari to represent UP in Supreme court

LUCKNOW: The state government has appointed advocate SN Tilhari as special counsel to represent it in the Supreme court in connection with cases pertaining to gangster Vikas Dubey who was gunned down by UP STF in an encounter in Kanpur recently.
Tilhari is working as additional government advocate (first) in Lucknow bench of Allahabad High court.
Special secretary of the government Rakesh Kumar Shukla issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday. Tilhari is instructed to assist senior counsel in the Supreme Court in matters related to Vikas Dubey's encounter.
