In Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh, now the invalid schools will not be able to run and the principals have been authorized to monitor this. Basic education officer SP Singh has said in a letter issued to all the block education officers of the district that last year had to face extreme difficulties in closing the invalid schools.

During that time a fine of Rs. 50–5,000 was also imposed on 76 invalid schools. Therefore, preparations should be made in advance to take action on invalid schools this year that no invalid schools should be able to operate under any condition nor should children be admitted to them.

For this, the principals of all the council schools have been directed to inform all the citizens of their village in their gram sabhas where their school is located, through their teachers and request that any person enroll their child in an invalid school. Do not do it, because no invalid school will be able to operate.
