In India, infection cases rose to 9,68,876 on Thursday for the first time in India with more than 30,000 cases of Kovid-19 reported, while 24,915 people have lost their lives with the death of 606 people. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry till eight o'clock in the morning, 32,695 cases of corona virus infection were reported in one day in the country. 6,12,814 people have been cured of this infectious disease while 3,31,146 people are still infected.

"So far, 63.25 percent of the patients have recovered," an official said. Foreigners are also involved in the total cases of infection. Of the 606 people who died in the last 24 hours, 233 were Maharashtra, 86 in Karnataka, 68 in Tamil Nadu, 44 in Andhra Pradesh, 41 in Delhi, 29 in Uttar Pradesh, 20 in West Bengal, 11 in Jammu and Kashmir. And Telangana, 10 have died in Gujarat and nine in Madhya Pradesh.

Eight people lost their lives in Punjab, seven in Haryana, six each in Assam and Bihar, five in Rajasthan, three each in Odisha and Puducherry, two in Jharkhand while Chandigarh, Kerala, Tripura and Dadar and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
