Yogi Adityanath is going to do this today only during the Corona transition!

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the Kanth Bus Base in Moradabad from Lucknow on Thursday. Mandal's nodal officer Ajay Mehrotra told reporters on Wednesday that the newly constructed bus base at Kanth will be inaugurated from Lucknow by Chief Minister Adityanath on Thursday.

He said that during the return of the migrant laborers on foot after the lockdown, buses were installed in the month of April to take the UP Roadways passenger buses to the destination and bring the students studying in other states. Roadways transported over 3 million people to the destination during this period.

Roadways management had sent a letter to the state government for Rs 625 crore fare. The state government has paid Rs 225 crore in the first installment. Due to which the roadways management did not have to take loans and the salaries and other expenses of the workers are running.

Mr. Mehrotra informed that buses are plying for the convenience of passengers. Roadways are getting damaged due to lack of passenger. Roadways is paying special attention to protect passengers and roadways personnel from corona instead of making profit. Buses are being sanitized. Safety cover is being provided to the personnel. Nodal officer inspected Moradabad and Brass city bus depots.
