PITTSBURGH, July 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- "I realize that most people who employ a cane have difficulty bending," said an inventor from Hockley, Texas. "This inspired me to develop a cane that would incorporate a means to retrieve various items for increased independence."
He developed the patent-pending INDEPENDENT CANE which allows users to easily and conveniently pick up a vast array of items without stretching or straining. This practical and efficient assistive device would contain an ergonomic handle. Additionally, it would provide stability to prevent falls and subsequent injuries.
The original design was submitted to the Houston sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
