Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Dr. C.P. Joshi has issued a notice for violation of the whip to all the MLAs who have been removed from the cabinet.

Government Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi filed a petition before the Speaker, Dr. Joshi, in this matter. Dr. Joshi has issued notice to 19 MLAs for violating the Whip.

It is believed that the Congress Party has taken this action as a strategy to get the rebel MLAs in its favor, so that its MLA can return.

Membership of MLAs can be done in case of violation of whip but there are many legal tricks in it. Rebel MLAs can approach the court on the issue of whip not being implemented due to any proceedings being held outside the house.

Meanwhile, senior Congress leaders are making further strategies by talking to the party MLAs staying in a hotel. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also held talks with these MLAs late at night. Legislators supporting Mr. Pilot have also been accommodated in a hotel outside the state. There is no consensus on the issue of his joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and there is confusion about the formation of the party.
