Covid-19: Positivity rate coming down along with sharp increase in number of tests in Gurugram

GURUGRAM: Amid the coronavirus pandemic scare, the positivity rate has been steadily coming down along with sharp increase in number of tests in the Gurugram district of Haryana.
Testing, tracing and treatment are proving effective.

Officials say while it is a heartening trend, it's important to keep up the good work in "maintaining social distancing and wearing masks in public spaces".

Meanwhile, 678 new Covid-19 positive cases were reported in Haryana on Wednesday, taking the total number of positive cases in the state to 23,306. The toll number of deaths in the state now stands at 319.
