Esha Gupta's Supta Vajrasana takes quarantine fitness to an all-new level

Yoga has become an integral part of celebrities' life to stay fit and healthy during this lockdown. And, Bollywood actress Esha Gupta is one of those stars who has been constantly updating her fans on social media about her workout session. Recently, she took to her social media account to post a picture of her nailing a difficult yoga asana. Clad in black yoga shorts and grey and white sports bra, Esha shells out major fitness goals. But, what caught our attention in the picture was the actresses' adorable pooch Bella who accompanied Esha during the session.
