BJP Tamil Nadu unit appoints a few more film actors as its officer-bearers

CHENNAI: BJP’s Tamil Nadu unit has appointed a host of film actors, music directors and directors as state executive members and state-level office-bearers of its cultural wing.
Actor R K Suresh has been appointed as the state vice-president of OBC wing, while director Perarasu and musician Dhina have been posted as state general secretary of the cultural wing.
Actors Radha Ravi and Vijaykumar and music director Gangai Amaran have been appointed as state executive members of the party, said party’s state president L Murugan in a statement issued on Wednesday.
Earlier this month, the party appointed actors Gayathri Raghuram and Namitha and others as its office-bearers.
