CBSE Class 10 results declared: List of websites, apps to check score

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the CBSE class 10th exam results on Wednesday. Nearly 18 lakh students who have appeared in the CBSE class 10 exams can check their result on cbseresults.nic.in. One can also check their grades on different platforms such as Umang app, Digilocker and SMS.

The exams were planned to be conducted in February and March but it was interrupted due to the coronavirus outbreak. Meanwhile, CBSE class 10 exams were also postponed across 86 centres located in East Delhi and Northeast due to violence erupted here.

In the case of students who have appeared for more than three subjects, the ‘average of marks obtained in the best three performing subjects’ will be given for subjects for which the exam was not held, according to the board.

For students who have appeared in exams in only three subjects, the average of marks obtained in ‘best two performing subjects’ will be awarded for papers for which exam was not held. A student needs to obtain at least 33 per cent to clear the exams.

On Tuesday, the HRD minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank   tweeted that the results will be declared on July 15. He also wished the students best of luck.

WEBSITES TO CHECK THE RESULTS

Once the results are declared, students can obtain the results on the board’s official websites- results.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in. The board will also host the result on Umang app.
