Body of Vinod Chatrabhuj, a resident of L H Road in Varachha, was found near Kamnath Temple on the bank of river Tapi. Earlier his moped was also recovered near Kapodra Bridge after which it was suspected that he could have committed suicide by jumping in river. The body was fished out by team of fire brigade during a search.
Police recovered the body and sent it for post mortem. "My father went into self-quarantine since last two days after he had fever. He was worried that he has infection of Coronavirus and was anxious since then," said son Sarthak.
The family members informed police that Chatrabhuj was not facing any issue in business or socially. His family is not aware if Chatrabhuj developed the fear of coronavirus infection due to some specific reason. Family does not have information if Chatrabhuj had come in contact with any Covid-19 positive person in recent past.
