Fears for boy, 2, after he vanished from his home during the night wearing just his Harry Potter pyjamas

  • Albert was reported missing to Western Australian Police at 4.30am on Tuesday 
  • Police asked anyone in the Margaret River area to keep an eye peeled for Albert 
  • Two-year-old last seen wearing a maroon shirt with Harry Potter insignia on it 

A frantic search is underway for a missing two-year-old boy who vanished in the middle of the night.

Albert was reported missing to Western Australian police at 4.30am local time on Tuesday.

Police asked anyone in the Margaret River area, 277km south of Perth, to look out for Albert.

He is believed to be wandering around Wallcliffe Road, near the Stay Margaret River motel.

The two-year-old is described as having brown eyes, short dark hair and dark skin.

He was last seen wearing a maroon shirt with Harry Potter insignia on it.  

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 131 444.
