MUMBAI: A 12-year-old boy was run over by a tempo, taken over by an angry biker, at a crowded road in Wadala (E) on Friday evening.
Police arrested Mustafa Maqsud Ali Khan. The deceased, Arman Mohammed Khan, was a resident of Sangam Nagar. Khan was booked under IPC for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Khan was riding a motorcycle, which was slightly hit by the tempo.
