In the country, more than one lakh increased to 8.21 lakh in just four days amidst the fast growing cases of corona infection.

According to data released on Saturday by the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, 27,114 cases have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours, the highest in a single day. 26,56 cases were reported on Friday, 24,879 on Thursday and 22,752 on Wednesday. In this way, there have been 1,01,251 cases in four days and the total number of infected has increased from 7,19,665 to 8,20,916.

The number of dead increased by 1,963 to 22,123 in these four days. Corona infection killed 482 on Wednesday, 487 on Thursday, 475 on Friday and 519 on Saturday.

During this time, the good thing is that the number of people who get infection-free has also increased and more than 75 thousand people have become healthy.

As of Tuesday, where the number of those who were relieved of infection was 439948, by Saturday it has increased by 75,438 to 5,15,386.
