Former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday took his twitter handle to congratulate his daughter on her exam success. His daughter Aditi scored 98% in the ISC class 12 exam.
“Congratulations to my daughter Aditi for scoring 98% in ISC XII. We are proud of all the students who have worked very hard. They are going to make our future bright.” — he tweeted and shared a picture with his wife and daughter.
The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has declared the results of ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) examinations on Friday on its official website. This year, Council did not release a toppers’ list, saying it wasn’t doing so as several exams could not be held because of disruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The overall pass percentage of the ISC examination stood at 96.8%, which is 0.3 percentage point higher than last year. For ICSE, the pass percentage recorded at 99.3%, 0.1 percentage point higher than in 2019.
