Bengaluru unlock 2.0 news: Today's updates

As the Central and state governments allow phase-wise relaxation in curbs to get the life up and running again following over two months of lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we bring you the latest updates from across Karnataka.
* ANI update at 9.18am: 1,13,07,002 samples tested for Covid-19 till 10th July, of these 2,82,511 samples were tested yesterday: Indian Council of Medical Research
*In an extended work from home scenario, a growing proportion of the working population, primarily techies, are leaving the city and moving back to their hometowns, pushing up demand for storage houses, where household and office belongings are stocked securely for low rentals.
*The Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology here will set up the state’s first laboratory to study antibodies for SARSCoV2. It will test antibodies for different virus strains. The pilot begins with testing Bengaluru police personnel.
*With over 70 positive cases in random testing within a week in Kalaburagi district, the administration is mulling over a stagggered lockdown. From July 3 to July 9, 73 persons tested positive; the total number is 1901 with 477 active cases.
