FAKE ALERT: Video from Bangladesh falsely shared as RSS men molesting Muslim woman in India

CLAIM
Twitter user by the name of Shaba Saikh posted a video in which a burqa-clad Muslim woman is being harrassed by a group of men with a claim that sanghi (RSS members) men are molesting Muslim woman in India.
The men in the video are conversing in Bengali and the Muslim woman seems spooked by their presence around her.
Saikh posted the video with a text full of vile and abusive language for RSS and its members.

A loose translation (minus the abuses) of the text in Hindi posted by Saikh reads, “Because of these sanghi men, daughters are not safe in India. This is the reality of the same sanghis who raise ‘Beti Bacho Beti Padhao’ slogan. Keep retweeting till these men get arrested.”
Another Twitter user Shahjhan Malik shared the same video claiming that it is for the same reason that India is ranked the world's most dangerous country for women.

TRUTH
The video is from Bangladesh. It has nothing to do with India or RSS.
VERIFICATION AND METHODOLOGY
Breaking the video into keyframes using Google Chrome’s InVID extension and running a reverse-image search on them (via different search engines) using relevant keywords led us to a YouTube video posted on November 9, 2018 by a Bangladeshi channel Media 420.

The video has the same visuals from 0:09 as those in the video posted above with false claims.
Several other Bangladeshi YouTube channels posted the longer version of the same video around the same date.

VERDICT
Times Fact Check has found that a video from Bangladesh is being shared with a false claim that RSS men molest Muslim woman in India.
