Graff has created one of the most expensive watches in the world, the stunning Hallucination Watch. It was shown for the first time at the Baselworld exhibition in 2014.
Encrusted with multicolored and unique diamonds, the Hallucination consists of 110 carats worth of diamonds put to a bracelet of platinum. It is a harmonious blend of colors and shapes like red, pink, violet, yellow, cognac, blue, and green olive to go with heart shape, pear shape, marquise, emerald, radiant, and around. In the center of it, the watch’s dial is surrounded by pink diamonds. It’s powered by a specific quartz movement.
Undoubtedly, the watch carries an incomparable price tag and is worth $55 Million.
2. Graff Diamonds The Fascination – $40 Million

Another expensive watch to list is the Fascination by Graff Diamonds, a $40 million diamond convertible watch.
It’s an exquisite timepiece studded with 152.96 carats of fine white diamonds. The dial in the center will grab your focus. It is made of a 38.13 carat, pear-shaped diamond, which can also be transformed into a ring. It has certainly fascinated us, in every way.
3. Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime – $31 Million

Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime Ref. 6300A sold for $31 Million in 2019 at Only Watch. It was a charity auction held in Geneva held by Christie’s to benefit research on Duchenne muscular dystrophy, making it the most expensive wristwatch ever auctioned. It broke the previous $17.7 million record for the world’s expensive watch, a Rolex Daytona once owned by Paul Newman.
The Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime reference 6300A-010 is the only one of its kind that will be made in stainless steel. It has 20 complications, including a grande and petite sonnerie, a minute repeater, an instantaneous perpetual calendar with a four-digit year display, a second-time zone, and 24-hour and minute subdial. The watch’s most unique feature is front and back dials — one salmon-colored, the other black — that can be flipped or reversed.
4. Breguet No. 160 Grand Complication, Marie-Antoinette – $30 Million

The Breguet No. 160 Grand Complication is one of the most iconic watches. It was made for the famous French Queen Marie Antoinette.
Said to have been fascinated by Breguet’s watches, Marie-Antoinette acquired over the years a number of his timepieces, notably a perpétuelle fitted with a self-winding device. In 1783, a mysterious admirer of hers ordered from Breguet, as a gift for the Queen, a watch that was to be as spectacular as possible, incorporating the fullest range of horological expertise known at the time. The order stipulated that wherever possible gold should replace other metals and that auxiliary mechanisms, i.e. complications, should be as numerous and varied as possible. No time or financial limits were imposed.
The Queen never got to admire her present, watch number 160, which became known as the “Marie-Antoinette” in her honor. It was only finished in 1827, 34 years after her death, 4 years after Breguet’s and 44 years after he’d accepted the order.
5. Jaeger-LeCoultre Joaillerie 101 Manchette – $26 Million

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Joaillerie 101 Manchette is a silver bracelet (made of pure white gold) with a small hand-wound clock on it. Although it’s small, the dial of the clock is protected by sapphire glass. It is also embedded with 11 onyx gemstones and a whopping 576 pieces of diamonds. It is fitted with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 101. That calibre is remarkable for being one of the smallest movements in the world. Appraisers value it at more than $26 million.
