Former U.P CM Mayawati demands SC-monitored probe into encounter of gangster Vikas Dubey

Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati today demanded a Supreme Court-monitored probe into the encounter of gangster Vikas Dubey.She wanted the inquiry to cover the killing of eight policemen last week in an ambush planned and executed by Dubey.Vikas Dubey was shot dead today by the UP police, who claim he was trying to run away after the car taking him from Ujjain overturned on the outskirts of Kanpur.
