Snowdon Mountain Railway has announced it will keep the summit visitor centre closed for the rest of 2020.
The railway will start operations from today - with a call for support after missing out on months of the season due to lockdown.
But this morning they confirmed that Hafod Eryri on the top of Wales's highest peak Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) will stay closed this year.
They said: "After careful consideration we've decided not to open the summit building Hafod Eryri for the 2020 season.
"This decision is based on the difficult practicalities of trying to implement safe social distancing measures within the building."
