Notorious criminal Vikas Dubey killed in police encounter! He was trying to escape

Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the murder case of a notorious criminal and eight policemen in Bikeru village of Kanpur, was killed in a police encounter in Bhoti area of ​​Kanpur on Friday morning. Police officials gave information about this.

Kanpur ADG JN Singh said that police and STF vehicles were bringing Vikas from Ujjain, when suddenly a vehicle crashed. Vikas Dubey sitting in it tried to escape after which a police encounter took place and he was injured.

Singh said that after the accident, Dubey snatched the pistol of an STF personnel and tried to escape but was surrounded by police and he was injured in the firing from both sides. He said that Vikas was immediately rushed to Halat Hospital where doctors declared him dead. Many policemen have also been injured in this accident.

Earlier, Kanpur Inspector General of Police Mohit Aggarwal said that after a road accident, Dubey tried to flee the spot where he died in an encounter. Vikas Dubey was arrested from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday.
