Spokesperson Matt Hart said the winner will be the sixth person to take home a division one prize in 2020.
'So far in 2020, five Powerball division one winners across Australia have won more than $189.9 million in prize money.' he said.
'Of these Powerball division one wins, three have landed in Queensland, with one each in New South Wales and Victoria,' he said.
The chance of scoring a division one prize is one in 134,490,400 and one in 44 to win anything in the draw.
Tickets for the draw can be purchased either online or at any licensed Lotto store with entrants encouraged to register their details so they can be contacted if they win.

It comes as The Lott continues it search for the mystery winner of Tuesday's $50million draw.
The winner purchased the ticket from the City of Shoalhaven in southern New South Wales.
The mystery winner was the only one to score the division one numbers so they will receive the entire $50million if they are found.
