PUBG Mobile has announced that it will be partnering with motorcycle manufacturer, Yamaha Motor to include the brand’s motorcycles and accessories in PUBG Mobile. This includes vehicle skins as well as character outfits.
The partnership event will be live till July 22 and gives players the chance to unlock two new in-game vehicle skins. This includes the Yamaha MWT-9 and the T7 Concept, with two colours to choose from. Besides vehicle skins, players can also unlock the Zenith Graphic Helmet and the CONTEND Jacket.
The MWT-9 motorcycle is a concept that features Yamaha’s LMW (Leaning Multi-Wheel) technology. This concept ultimately resulted in the Niken, a production motorcycle that features three wheels. The T7 concept is based on Yamaha’s Tenere 700 production model that has been designed for off-road racing.
PUBG Mobile players who log in to the game for three days before Wednesday, June 22 will earn a special Yamaha crate. This crate unlocks a seven-day trial for the MWT-9, Zenith Graphic Helmet and the CONTEND jacket.
This isn’t the only thing PUBG Mobile players get to look forward to. The game was recently updated to v0.19.0 and with it came a brand new exclusive map called Livik. This map is exclusive to mobile devices and is designed to offer short 15-minute matches. In fact, the developers have started a challenge called the ‘Chicken Dinner in 15 minutes challenge.’ As the name would suggest, players are invited to try and win a Chicken Dinner in the game’s newest map, Livik in under 15 minutes. You can learn more about that challenge here.
