Organizing the death row in Rajasthan will carry a one-year sentence and a fine of one thousand rupees. The state government has adopted strictness towards it. The Police Headquarters has given necessary instructions to all police employees by sending a reminder to ensure compliance with the Rajasthan Death Prevention Act-1960.

The law related to the law is about 60 years old. The Rajasthan government has taken this decision after complaints of death banquet even during the Corona period. This strictness is also seen to be associated with Corona so that people do not gather in one place.

According to the state law, if a person does death or pressurize someone for this, then he can be punished for up to one year.
