Vikas Dubey ran away from a bicycle on the night of shootout!

On the night of the shootout in Kanpur, gangster Vikas Dubey escaped from village Vikru with a bicycle escaping from police bullets. He went to Shivali town while riding a bicycle for about 5 km. According to police sources, before the encounter, Vikas Dubey had given information to his wife Richa Dubey and son living in Lucknow. They both left the house at around two o'clock at night. When the surveillance trace of Richa's location, it was revealed that he had switched off his mobile in Chandauli on the morning of July 3.
