A fake CBSE notification has been doing the rounds on Whatsapp and social media stating that the CBSE results 2020 would be released on July 11 and July 13 for class 12 and class 10 respectively. As per confirmation from a CBSE official, the notification is fake.
Students are requested to not fall for fake news as tensions are running high with the pending CBSE board exams cancelled for 2020 and the next academic year’s CBSE syllabus reduced by 30% due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

CBSE result 2020 date and time
As per the Supreme Court hearing on June 25, the CBSE board exam results for both classes 10 and 12 will be declared by July 15.
Though the CBSE results will be full and final, CBSE class 12 students can choose to appear for optional exams to be held later on when the pandemic situation improves in case they want to improve their results.
The exact CBSE result date and time for either of the classes have not been released yet.
