Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that in the coming days, no harm will be taken in providing investigation, treatment and other assistance for corona virus infection. Gehlot said that the state government will ensure that there is no reduction in the availability of resources to protect the people from the outbreak of the epidemic.

Gehlot said during a review meeting on the status of corona infection on Monday that the success of the efforts made by the state government so far to prevent the epidemic is possible only if the infection is prevented from growing in the coming days.

He instructed the officials that wherever there are cases of violation of health protocol, punitive action should be taken and strict compliance of the rules. The Chief Minister said that the state government has made all the necessary arrangements from the health point of view to prevent infection. In the coming days, nothing will be taken to provide investigation, treatment and other assistance as needed.

Gehlot directed the Health Department officials to increase the scope of investigation in view of the cases of infections that have been increasing for the past few days.

The Chief Minister said that the goal of the state government is to reduce the deaths due to infection in Rajasthan.

He instructed all health authorities and specialist doctors to pay special attention to reducing the death rate due to infection.
