FALL RIVER -- Fall River and state police have cordoned off an area at Kennedy Park with crime scene tape tonight, following reports of a shooting there.

According to media and police scanner reports, two people were transported to a hospital with injuries. According to police scanner reports, the victims suffered head and leg injuries.

Police have gathered on Bradford Avenue and Mulberry Street, near cars that are damaged and may have been involved in the shooting, according to reports from media on scene.

Police are interviewing people of interest but have no one in custody, according to a report from @7News reporter on scene.
