Dakota Access pipeline ordered to shut down in 'unprecedented win'

A US judge has ordered the Dakota Access pipeline to be shut down for additional environmental review more than three years after it began pumping oiil. The decision is being celebrated as a major victory to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe who have been concerned about the environmental impact of the pipeline for years.
