Kulmeet Bawa one of India's finest technology leaders and CEO, has quit Resulticks as President and CEO and is likely to exit soon to take over as the CEO of a large technology company in India. 

Bawa spent 12 months plus with Resulticks working with the CEO and co-founder of Resulticks  Redickaa Subramanium. Resulticks was set up 6 years 7 months back. in 2017, Resulticks has become the first platform from Asia to be placed in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Campaign Management. It was also named to the 2018 and 2019 Magic Quadrant for MultiChannel Marketing Hubs.

Before Resulticks Bawa was VP and Managing Director, South Asia of Adobe, and spent 7 years and six months at Adobe. Prior to that Bawa was Director Government and Healthcare at Microsoft and spent almost 2 years at Microsoft India. Prior to Microsoft Bawa was Regional Director North and East India for Sun Microsystems in India. Bawa joined the private sector after being in the Indian Army s Armoured corps for almost 12 years and 5 months.

Bawa went to the National Defence Academy, then the Indian Military Academy, and also complete his MBA in marketing from the prestigious Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB).

Bawa is known to be very compassionate and entrepreneurial in his leadership style.
