IGL warns of traffic disruption towards Ashram on Saturday, Sunday

NEW DELHI: Flow of traffic towards Ashram Chowk from Sarai Kale Khan and DND will remain affected for two days from Saturday due to gas pipeline maintenance work, Indraprastha Gas Ltd, the sole supplier of CNG and PNG in the national capital, said in a statement on Friday.
Work near Ashram Chowk will start from 10 am on Saturday and expected to continue till 10 pm on Sunday.
Commuters are advised to avoid this stretch and take alternate routes during the period of maintenance work on Saturday and Sunday. The work is likely to impact the flow of traffic from Sarai Kale Khan/DND side towards Mathura Road.
IGL has obtained permissions from all statutory authorities including, Delhi traffic police to undertake the work.
