Mumbai Airport scam: GVK Group chairman, son booked by CBI for siphoning off Rs 705 cr

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case of criminal conspiracy and fraud caused to the state exchequer by GVK group by allegedly siphoning off funds meant for the development of Mumbai airport. 14 individuals and entities including GVK Airport Holding Ltd, MIAL, GVK group chairman GVK Reddy and others have been booked by the CBI.
