Another workout I do is 10 push-ups and 10 abdominal crunches every two hours from 10 am to 6 pm. So, in total, daily I am doing 50 push-ups and 50 abdominal crunches. I am planning to do this exercise for the next three months. This is an interesting routine and every time, you would want to do it better than the previous round. You have a lot of time now and make use of it to build a strong body.

First, I suggest people to talk about what’s going on in their minds. The second best thing would be to do exercises. Make fitness an important part of your lifestyle. For me, a day feels incomplete if I don’t do any form of exercise. During the first few days of the lockdown, I did exercises with resistance bands and ankle weights. But I wanted to push myself when it comes to fitness. So, I called my parkour trainer Vignesh Raghavan and asked him what we could do during this period. He suggested online training and we have been doing sessions every alternate day. I wanted to do a handstand for a long time and I am training for it now. Handstand is supporting the body in a stable, inverted vertical position by balancing on the hands. This will help in building your core strength. But you shouldn’t do it without any guidance.
